Rev. Timothy T. Chen was born in Taipei, Taiwan. His family immigrated to the US in 1973. During college, Tim personally accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior. Tim married his wife Linda in 1990; the Lord brought their son Christopher to them in 1999.
Tim has felt the calling to the full time ministry since his conversion, and had constantly engaged in various churches/ministries, while he worked in the business sectors for 15+ years.
Tim is a graduate of Baruch College of CUNY. He also graduated with the Certificate for Ministries at Fellowship Bible Institute in 1988 and is currently continuing seminary studies at Bethel Seminary of the East. Tim is an ordained Minister with the Christian and Missionary Alliance.
Tim: 'where the Lord places you at the time, there is your mission field'. Tim wants to see people's lives being transformed by the love of Christ; to know God in a deep and intimate way; to become zealous for the Lord; and to seek after the things that concern the heart of God.

Rev. George F. Ibach is a native of New Jersey. He is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University (B.A., Education) and The Moody Bible Institute (Avanced Studies Program). He has served on the ministry staff at churches in Nebraska and Connecticut and before coming to CEMCQ, he was the Executive Director of the Bowery Mission in New York City for six years.
He currently teaches history at Garfield High School and resides in Garfield, NJ with his wife Susan and three daughters, Michaela, Anna, and Laura.
